Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, owner Miles Prendergast has always been drawn to craftsmanship, adventure, and meaningful work. After graduating from University, he made Northern Michigan home, inspired by its character and the surrounding land and waterscapes.

Over the past fifteen years, Miles has built a diverse professional background spanning event management, hospitality, nonprofit organizations, real estate, and residential construction. Each experience strengthened his ability to communicate clearly, solve problems creatively, and understand the importance of exceptional service. Throughout that journey, construction remained the constant. Evolving from seasonal work into a lifelong profession as a licensed builder.

Today, Miles leads Indu with a philosophy that extends beyond the work of remodeling. He believes every home deserves thoughtful stewardship through preventative maintenance, skilled craftsmanship, and purposeful renovations that stand the test of time. Inspired by Northern Michigan's enduring heritage and the value of honest work, he approaches every project with creativity, attention to detail, and clear communication. Not only is he building lasting improvements, but lasting relationships with the homeowners he serves.
